Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Retail Operations and assisting the City Head of the assigned region on a daily basis.
• Visiting the stores across allocated region as and when required.
• Addressing customer’s requests, comments, and complaints
• Keep a check on hygiene and cleanliness of the store and the quality of the products.
• Ensuring all the Retail staff are engaging, acknowledging ,and developing excellent product knowledge to engage with the customers.
• Maintain daily or weekly report on the inputs and give the feedback to the management.
• Help City Head for raising PO and stock Replenishment.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of experience in Retail Operations profile.
• Should be able to travel on a daily basis..
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
