Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, incredibly talented & passionate team, work directly with the founders/CEO, and be at the helm of growing one of the Gardening industry’s most exciting brands. You will report to our CEO and work closely with the entire leadership team, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations Teams in a very cross-functional role. The job will be demanding with lots of responsibility – as we scale products and distribution, the opportunity & necessity for engaging, effective and efficient sales strategies will be key to success. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer related sales, new & existing customer relations, and bringing in new business. As a lead point of contact, you should anticipate each of the customer's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines are met, and help each account succeed. Focus on highest conversion rate of all the online leads provided to you by the Digital Marketing team.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Build business plans with each assigned customer to drive growth, ensure execution and hit KPIs .
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and hunt for new business.
  • Arrange business meetings and conversations with existing and prospective customers.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Work with sales team, operations, marketing, and team members from other departments to ensure all sales needs are met.
  • Work with vendors and dealers on assigned business. Scorecard against expectations and hold accountable.
  • Manage records of sales forecasts, revenue, and other important data.
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members.
  • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultivate positive interactions & relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.
  • Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build the brand.

Job Description:

  • Understand the brief from the marketing team and transform them into tangible designs.
  • Participate and brainstorm in creative meetings to understand requirements and advise with creative ideas.
  • Develop game-changing and innovative designs for digital marketing, mailers, and illustrations as well as support all advertising/brand initiatives.
  • Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phases of creative development from inquiry to delivery.
  • Understand the topic and do a qualitative research before developing ideas
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Execute to-the-point design layouts for print & web projects and delivering within time constraints.

Design Skill(s) required-: Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite  Other requirements: Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.
  • Work with internal business partners to ensure that a creative theme is included throughout all presale proposals..
  • With the project manager, provide accurate price quotes to meet client budgets while maintaining the company’s pricing guidelines..
  • Attend meetings as assigned.
  • Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development, individual piece designs, etc.
  • Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion.
  • Partner with internal business partners as needed on the development of communications pieces.
  • Maintain quality check on all pieces.
  • Deliver the communication package within the agreed upon budget and timeline.
  • Process and approve vendor invoices as needed.
  • Follow all department purchasing and delivery policies.
  • Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.

Job Description:

  • The Customer Relation Officer will work closely with our sales team and client network to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Additionally, the Customer Relation Officer will help with a variety of other sales functions including data entry, updating and revising orders, analysing and resolving customer concerns, responding to website requests and setting up new accounts in our system.
  • Qualified applicants should display strong communication skills as well as showcase extremely organized and professional habits.
  • The candidate must be able to multi task and prioritize independently.
  • We are open to different levels of experience, but all candidates should have a strong ability to learn on the job.
  • To assist customers with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc. via Emails and deal with multiple customers at the same time.
  • Managing of the Returns and Refunds Process.
  • To manage Social media (Facebook, twitter) and App queries.
  • Coordinating with different courier partners, to get an update on the delivery status etc.
  • To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.
  • Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation & getting feedback to improve our processes, products and customer experience.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Answer phones, emails, and website requests.
  • Assist inside/outside sales with internal support.
  • Enter, manage, and update customer orders.
  • Analyse and resolve customer concerns based on department policies and procedures.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service.
  • Remain up to date on product styles.
  • Troubleshoot orders and shipping complications.
  • Provide timely follow-ups with customers regarding their order status
  • Submit credit requests.
  • Direct support for our online sales.
  • Assist with customer data management in accordance with internal ERP and CRM processes.
  • Assist in other various projects within the sales team Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an ecommerce company.
  • Professional phone and reception demeanour.
  • Energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong work ethic with disciplined approach to tasks.
  • Ability to learn on the job and adapt to new processes.
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to think creatively.
  • Excellent and organized working habits.
  • Strong computer skills
