Changes at Ugaoo due to the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic.
What is the status of current orders?
This second wave of the pandemic is being tough on us and other businesses like us. Nevertheless, we are working hard to ship orders across India to all the locations our courier partners are servicing. In case your location is not serviceable at the moment, your order will be put on hold and shipped to you as soon as services resume. Rest assured, all order updates will be communicated to your through email regularly.
Delivery times are likely to be impacted due to the COVID-19 precautionary measures undertaken and implemented by state authorities. Please expect a 3 – 4 day delay in delivery, we regret the inconvenience.

Steps taken by us to reduce the impact of COVID-19:
1. The COD services have been suspended for the time being to minimize contact and spread of the disease for everyone's safety.
2. All our employees working at our nursery and warehouse are following stringent traceability protocols, undergoing daily temperature screenings, while adhering to proper sanitisation and distancing norms.
3. Staff is undergoing regular training on good hygiene practices, repeated washing of hands, and keeping a distance of at least 1-2m across interactions.
4. The entire work area is cleaned and sanitised on a daily basis, while common areas are disinfected several times a day.
What if an order did not reach you?
Please contact us on email@example.com if your order does not reach you to check for its status. Please note that our courier partners are battling service delays due to the pandemic to deliver your orders at the earliest. In case of a lost package, we will create a complaint number for your order and the refund will be initiated once the order returns back to us and the services resume to full capacity.
What if you receive a damaged item?
Don’t worry, in case of a damaged product on arrival we will follow our policy of Easy 7 days replacement.
Inform us of this issue within 7 days of receiving the damaged product with images of the same. The product replacement will be initiated accordingly.
Will my plants survive the long transit time?
We ship our plants with utmost care and prep them for all eventuality in transit, so rest assured. We grow our plants ourselves and they are the healthiest when they are shipped and strong enough for transit. All our plants are shipped with watering jelly to give your plants a steady source of hydration and packing moss to conserve moisture in the soil. Our plant pods come with slits to ensure that the plants breathe just fine during transit. So, don’t worry, your plants will reach you fine.
