As a Category Manager – Plants & Seeds, you will play a pivotal role in owning, scaling, and leading one of Ugaoo’s core category. This high-impact role is ideal for a Tier 1/Tier 2 MBA graduate (Marketing specialization preferred) who can combine data-driven decision-making with consumer centric thinking. You will shape the product experience across the category, identify trends, drive assortment strategy, and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure customers have access to the best selection and guidance.
In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Plants & Seeds category, enabling channel heads and cross-functional teams with insights, strategies, and execution excellence. Your work will directly influence product discoverability, customer satisfaction, and the overall growth of the brand across D2C, Q-commerce, Amazon, Flipkart, marketplaces, retail, and corporate gifting.

Requirement
- MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School.
- 3–6 years of experience in category management, brand management, or e-commerce growth roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and P&L ownership.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to influence and enable multiple channel teams.
- Exposure to D2C, Q-commerce, or FMCG/e-commerce ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Passion for plants, sustainability, and building consumer-first categories.
