Corporate Sales Head

Job Description:

The Head – Corporate/Institutional Sales will be a part of the Marketing team, reporting to the Chief Officer – Strategy & Marketing and the primary purpose of the role will be of building profitable revenue through corporate sales by

  • Setting the strategic direction for regional corporate sales team
  • Finding & attracting new profitable corporate businesses
  • Expanding existing Ugaoo’s corporate contracts

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Create, implement and manage extensive and commercial corporate sales plan at PAN India level with company’s stakeholders that delivers the growth targets.
  • Own all plans and strategies for developing business and drive Ugaoo’s brand, profile and proposition through corporate sales in line with market participation strategy
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients
  • Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate new hires as our company grows
  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Operations and Marketing
  • Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the top management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
  • Establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets as agreed with Chief Officer – Strategy & Marketing.
  • Ensure outstanding representation and preparation at all significant Business Development meetings
  • Establish and build strong networking & client relationships with the stakeholders of the corporate accounts, delivering high-touch relationship management to all accounts
  • Ensure that all sales activities are completed in a compliant way, ensuring that the relevant governing bodies’ protocols are fulfilled

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sales
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding targeted business results/KPIs.
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving new business targets and continually demonstrating application in this key area.
  • Business/commercial acumen on pricing/contract issues.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in corporate gifting/promotional gifting/stationery/gifting/online gifting portals/event management/corporate training sectors will be preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships at all levels.
  • An ability to speak fluent English is needed
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

You should be skilled at all aspects of design, with an understanding of developing brand identity & visual language, along with digital and social marketing. Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Oversees all internal- and external-facing online and print creative materials from conception to final delivery; provides clear creative direction, guidance, and feedback to design team members to ensure ability to meet organizational needs.
  • Ensures the company’s brand and standards are upheld through all materials, including those created for both internal and external stakeholders, and that all work is strategic, effective, and consistent.
  • Practices ownership, takes accountability, and has the ability to project manage, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision
  • Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create compelling digital and print content for our websites, emails, social channels, and ads across our portfolio of brands

  • A keen eye for aesthetics & details with demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Manage customer Pre-order, Post-Order, and Advice related concerns on a range of customer support channels (WhatsApp/Instagram/e-mails/Calls)
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call/Escalate/Follow up with customer were necessary.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
  • Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
  • Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.

Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent for various roles using different niche channels and social media. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants
  • Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience

Executive - Inventory

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchase orders as required; tracks orders
  • Track inbound and outbound orders, and maintain GRN, putaway, and gate pass accordingly.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and replenish stocks as needed.
  • Manage stock fulfillment on a regular basis.
  • Assess inventory output on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to identify trends in productivity & shortage of fast-moving products.
  • Perform physical count of inventory & reconcile actual stock count to computer/tally generated reports at the end of every month.
  • Responsible for performing quality checks of the PO received.
  • Monitor packaging and unpackaging of the PO received.

The Executive – Order Processing will be part of the Operations Team. The primary purpose of the role is to manage & process day to day orders received from different marketplaces i.e., Ugaoo.com, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Jiomart, Shopclues etc.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Manage day to day order processing for different marketplaces including Ugaoo.com
  • Create picklist & assign tasks to product pickers
  • Ecommerce Management, Reconciliation, Returns Management, etc
  • Ensure no breaches in fulfillment and timely compliances on portals for shipments.
  • Share reports / MIS with the management / other teams on a timely basis, as required
  • Other roles are based on performance and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in ecommerce order processing
  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • Prior work experience with D2C/ecommerce brand will be preferred
  • Proficient with Advance Excel.
