We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and presentable Strategic Executive Assistant to partner with our Founder. This role goes beyond administrative support—it’s about enabling the Founder to stay focused on high-impact priorities, while driving efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Founder’s Day:Drive calendar management and daily planning so the Founder is laser focused on high-impact business priorities.
  • Be the First Line of Connection: Manage vendor calls, external communications, and follow-ups— representing the Founder with clarity and confidence.
  • Bridge Across Teams:Act as the Founder’s extension with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of key deliverables.
  • Keep the Founder Aligned: Document to-dos, decisions, and priorities, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Represent with Impact: Step into conversations on behalf of the Founder with professionalism and strong business etiquette.
  • Efficiency: Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and create systems that keep the Founder operating at peak productivity.
  • Plan Seamlessly: Handle all travel and logistics with precision—making every journey effortless and well-organized.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar coordination role. • Strong organizational and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; articulate, confident, and professional. • Presentable and polished, with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and modern collaboration tools.
