    ●Origins of Allium Bulbs:

    Allium Moly is native to southwestern Europe, particularly the Iberian Peninsula. This robust and resilient plant has become a favorite in gardens worldwide due to its bright yellow blooms and adaptability to various climates.
    Allium Moly bulbs, also known as Lily Leek, Yellow Garlic, Golden Garlic, and scientifically referred to as Allium Moly or Allium Luteum.

    ●Growing Conditions of Golden Garlic (Allium Moly) :

    ➢Sunlight:

    Allium flower bulbs thrive in full sunlight. Plant them in an area where they can receive at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily for optimal growth and flowering.

    ➢Soil:

    Well-draining soil is key for these bulbs. They prefer a slightly acidic to neutral soil pH. If your soil tends to be heavy, adding organic matter could improve drainage.

    ➢Allium Moly Bulbs Planting Depth:

    To understand the correct allium moly planting depth, understand the size of the bulbs. Place them about 3-4 inches deep in the soil. Make sure the bulbs are properly spaced out, typically 3-4 inches apart. This gives more room for proper growth and development.

    ➢Watering:

    These bulbs prefer moderate moisture. Water them regularly during the growing season, but be cautious not to overwater, as waterlogged soil can make them susceptible to root rot.

    ➢Temperature:

    Allium Moly is relatively hardy and can tolerate a range of temperatures. However, they do very well in cooler climates.

    ➢Fertilization:

    A balanced, all-purpose fertilizer applied in early spring can help nourish the bulbs. Avoid excessive fertilization, as Alliums generally don't require heavy feeding.

    ●Growing Allium Moly in Pots

    Allium Moly can be successfully grown in pots. Use a well-draining potting mix and ensure the pots have drainage holes. Plant the bulbs at the recommended depth and provide adequate sunlight. If you have limited gardening space, container gardening is ideal and also allows for more control over soil conditions.

    ●Allium Moly Luteum When to Plant:

    In India, the best time to plant Allium Moly bulbs is typically in the fall, around September to November. Planting in the fall also takes advantage of the cooler temperatures, which Allium Moly prefers during its dormant period.
