Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed GT sales targets for Ugaoo seeds & fertilizers/ Manures.
  • Ensure the appointment of distributors and retailers across the designated area.
  • Design and execute dealer promotional schemes effectively.
  • Introduce new products in the GT market and meet assigned sales targets.
  • Drive business growth by acquiring and managing both new and existing customer accounts.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.
  • Attain sales objectives through strategic marketing, networking, and deep product and market knowledge.
  • Manage end-to-end receivables for allocated accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture preferred.
  • Must have minimum 2 years of experience into sales of seeds, fertilizers/manures in Pune Region.
  • Must have vehicle to travel for 6 days a week.
  • Knowledge of local geography is must.
  • Candidate should be presentable with good communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
