The Earth Star Pink could be losing its color due to too much or too little light, or improper watering. To avoid faded variegations, keep your plant in bright, indirect sunlight for at least 6 hours every day. Avoid excessive direct sunlight as that can cause leaf burn. Also, water the plant once a week for good growth.
The main thing to remember with Earth Star plants is that they need timely watering, only when the top inch of their soil dries out. So, before watering, always check to see if the soil has dried out. Also, remember to avoid overhead watering and do not get water in the plant's rosette, as it can cause rot.
