Fenugreek, or kauri methi is hugely popular in India in the cuisine as well as medicine. It is present in many recipes in good amounts. Fenugreek is a herb, belongs to the same family as soy, and is used in multiple ways such as fresh, dried, twigs, roots, seeds, etc. Something that plays a huge role in your kitchen absolutely needs to be in your garden!
