I recently purchased a plant from Ugaoo, and while the delivery was delayed, I was impressed by the quick response from their customer support team. They rectified the situation promptly and ensured the plant was sent out without further delay. When the plant finally arrived, it was in excellent condition, showing no signs of stress or damage. Although the initial delivery time was 7 days it arrived in 4 days. The watsapp help / support team doesn't read your concerns and just send you standard robotic replies. It was after my continuous effort that they finally understood my concern. After they understood it they didn't bother to let me know about the steps taken to address the concern. However the plant was healthy when I received it even the packaging was damaged. I was lucky because it was a big plant. I don't know if it would be the same for others.

Received a very beautiful ficus, 3 stems. It just brightens up the room. I do make sure it receives more light than my other indoor plants, but not too much to prevent leaf scorch.
