    A native of the Phillipines, the Alocasia Macrorrhizos is famous for its stunning large leaves that resemble an elephant's ear in both shape and size. The leaves emerge on rigid stalks and point upright towards the sky unlike other alocasias that droop. If kept happy, the Giant Taro will reward you with flowers that resemble a calla lily.
