Customers praised this ornamental houseplant for its beautiful white variegation and healthy arrival. Many noted "impressive packaging" and fast delivery. While most found it easy to care for, some mentioned it's sensitive to light and prefers moist soil. A few experienced browning leaves or delivery delays, though customer service was responsive.
Received a healthy birkin medium sized plant. It looks beautiful. The plant has 3-4 yellow leaves in the bottom. Would observe it for few days how it goes.
Ugaoo's packaging is great. My only complaint is with their delivery. Ugaoo ships the package as promised but the delivery partner delays it deliberately. Also they mishandle the package which causes damage to some extent, always bring the package upside down. Ugaoo should check and try to correct the delivery related issues.
The delivery was fast and I received the plant in very good condition. The plant was packed properly and was very healthy. Please keep up the same quality. Looking forward to ordering more plants from you.

Not sure why the plants are going brown slowly…. I water them regularly and they are always kept in the sun also they have not been taken out of their original pots that came from Ugaoo even the new shoots that were there iriginally have turned light brown

The most beautiful piece of birkin I have ever seen. The plan is healthy, remains healthy after transplant, and have grown 2 new leaves in just 3 weeks. Add to that the master packaging of Ugaoo. You are the best.
Need to figure out the light for this plant, it is a bit sensitive and takes time to adjust to a new place. Need to be patient with this plant. I love the quality and been good even after 4 months of purchase. I am quite satisfied with it. I repotted the plant and it seems to be fine. Growth seems to be a bit slow though and need to pay attention to the plant as it likes its soil to be moist. Bought it for 479 - Medium / Krish / Ivory Regular
