The Weeping Jade arrives "in excellent condition" with well-made hanging clips for versatile placement. Customers praised the "lovely textured leaves" and healthy appearance. However, one customer reported receiving their plant in poor condition with delayed replacement support, noting it "still does not look healthy" after 10 days.
The hanging clips are well made, nice that it gives us the option to place it on a surface or have it hanging. I was worried with some poor reviews, but loved the pictures, and glad it worked out in my case. The plant looks beautiful, interesting, and very healthy.
Received the above in excellent condition. Size and quality,👌🏻Would like to rename my plant to happy Jade :)
Reached me in a not so good condition. Called Ugaoo to replace but they said to wait for 10 days and then revert. My plant still does not look healthy.
