    Easy replacement

    I ordered a ZZ plant in a Grail pot. However, the shipping was delayed, and I received the plant in very poor condition. I raised a query and requested a replacement. However, the agent asked me to wait for 10 days. The plant started dying (turning yellow) and leaves were falling off; a replacement request was made again, and they immediately shipped a new, healthy ZZ plant.
