Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Grow garden & maintenance services business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Build business relationships with current and potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Prepare & share PO & BOQ’s with clients as per their requirement
- Attend networking events/exhibitions to attract and retain clients
- Maintain and update sales, marketing and business development documentation
- Assist with marketing and promotional projects
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required
- Coordinate with Maintenance team for execution of landscape garden/vertical wall/green wall/maintenance etc. projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
- Prior work experience of minimum 4 years in sales, business development or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with multiple sales techniques
- Experience with CRM software
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
- Self-motivated, Target oriented, results- driven, and enjoy working in team environment etc.
