Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer Pre-order, Post-Order, and Advice related concerns on a range of customer support channels(WhatsApp/Instagram/e-mails/Calls)
  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call/Escalate/Follow up with customerwere necessary.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
  • Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issuerequires managerial input.
  • Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities along with Strong multitasking and time management/Excellent interpersonalcommunication skills
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information on product features, order status, and provide post-saleshandholding
  • Address customer complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies. Willbe responsible for ensuring customer happiness throughout the process of ordering.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve customer grievances and special requests.
  • Ensure you’re there with the customer every step of the way.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
  • Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays, and events

Requirements:

  • Preferably someone with 6 months to 1 year of experience
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Should be good with excel
