Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, watering, andpest control at different projects.
• Liaise with clients or property owners as necessary to understand their requirements andensure satisfaction.
• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of gardeners.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss plans, progress, and any issues.
• Develop and maintain a weekly and monthly work schedule for the gardening team.
• Assign tasks based on priority, team skills, and project requirements.
• Ensure that all gardening equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of projects to ensure work meets the required standards.
• Maintain records of work schedules, tasks completed, and any issues encountered.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the gardening team and upper management.
• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Horticulture or similar field
• Prior work experience of minimum 3 years as Horticulture Supervisor, MaintenanceSupervisor or similar role
• Solid knowledge of indoor & outdoor plants, plant care techniques, landscape maintenancepractices, and pest management.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with strong supervisory skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated, Target oriented, results- driven, and enjoy working in team environment etc.
