About the role:

Quick Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing the brand’s presence on all Q-commerce platforms. Your primary focus will be on product listing, managing inventories, processing PO’s and maintaining relations with Q-Commerce’s SPOC.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution across all Q-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accurate and optimized product listings (titles, images, pricing, descriptions, keywords).
• Monitor and manage real-time inventory levels; coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and track delivery timelines to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform category managers and SPOCs.
• Analyse sales and performance data to identify growth trends, product opportunities, and platform-specific insights.
• Implement and monitor platform-specific pricing strategies, promotions, and offers.
• Manage and optimize platform ads (sponsored listings, banner campaigns, performance ads, etc.) to maximize visibility and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and design teams to create creatives and ad copies suited for Q-commerce campaigns.
• Regularly conduct audits of product visibility, reviews, and content accuracy on live listings.
• Conduct periodic visits to partner warehouses for inventory audits and operational checks.
• Stay updated on competitor trends, category insights, and platform algorithm updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelors of Technology in any field
• Prior experience in managing q-commerce platforms will be preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Should be able to travel frequently on a monthly basis
