Goodluck plant, great gift
Spiral, stunning beauty
Customers praised this healthy indoor palm for its "fresh and beautiful leaves" and excellent packaging. The plant arrives in good condition, ideal for tabletops and indoor spaces. While most appreciate the quality, some noted the size is smaller than expected. Customers valued the "bright happy little plant" and pots, though a few mentioned pot quality could improve.
The Bamboo plant which I ordered is really nice and the colour of the pot ( blue 🔵 ) looks great 👍
Some strings broken
This bamboo palm plant arrived in perfect condition. I did lightly water it the morning it arrived.
I did have a small confusion though. I thought the Kyoto pot was a self-watering one because it had that transparent reservoir below. It'd be nice if Ugaoo mentioned "non self-watering pot" to avoid confusion.
Apart from that, I'm very satisfied with Ugaoo and will definitely purchase more plants in the future.
Packaging was also good
