Customers praised this peace lily as "gorgeous" and "healthy," arriving in good condition with proper packaging. Shoppers appreciated the value and plant quality, though some noted the pot size could be larger as it struggles with the plant's weight when fully grown.
Got a plant which was severely drooping, so they sent me a replacement. It was completely yellow. Now theyre asking me to send side by side images - of a dead plant that didnt survive ? Why is the onus of plants surviving transit on the customer ? You've lost a customer for life. Jyoti from your customer service team is so accusatory
Peace lilly Plant is in very good condition but they have sent in wrong pot instead of Ivory Krish 18. I am in contact with them on WhatsApp , forwarded my paid invoice to them, but clearly told them that I will not share any photograph because it's not my mistake and mistake from your side. Please note and sort the problem else no any communication with ugao henceforth.
Thank-you for the gorgeous Peace Lily
i was happy to get large peace lilly with bulb and that plant was in good shape
The plant arrived in a good condition and the packaging was also good. We expected the plant would be big but it's in the decent size. It'll be better if you provide it in a bigger pot.
Value for money and like a new guest at home. Very healthy
