Light Requirements	The Areca Palm needs bright, indirect sunlight to thrive. For optimal growth, it should be placed near a window that receives at least 6 hours of filtered, bright light daily. On the other hand, the ZZ Plant is pretty good at tolerating low light conditions and does well whether you place it near a window or in a dark corner of your home.
Watering Needs	The Areca Palm plant needs to be watered once a week while the ZZ needs water only once every 2 weeks. However, regardless of their individual needs, you must always remember to check the soil of the plant before you water it. In summers, the plants might need more water than usual. On the other hand, they may need less water during the winter as their soil does not dry as fast.
Soil and Potting	Both plants need good drainage and aeration to be the key features of their soil. Their roots need space to breathe and grow well over time. So, for this, you can use Ugaoo’s Pot-O-Mix, a perfect blend of 11 essential ingredients including Coco Peat and Perlite. Also ensure that you are always making use of pots and planters that have adequate in-built drainage holes for better breathability.
Humidity Requirements	The Areca Palm is a tropical indoor plant. So, you must ensure that you always mimic its natural habitat as best as you can, allowing it to thrive in your space. One way of doing this is by providing it with adequate humidity. So, regularly mist your Areca Palm - almost everyday - and if you cannot mist it, place a humidity tray near it. On the contrary, the ZZ does just fine with normal amounts of indoor humidity. So, you need not provide it with any extra humidity.
Fertilization	Remember to fertilize your plants regularly to ensure optimal growth over time. Both the plants can be equipped with a slow-release and balanced fertilizer that will give them nutrition over time. For this, you can use Ugaoo’s Plant Food Fertilizer Sticks. Just use one stick for each plant and push it into the soil of your potted plant, away from the stem but close to the roots. Every time you water your plant, this stick will give it the right kind of nutrition.

Loved the plants and their packaging. There was a delay in delivery but I think that I can attribute it to the courier guys and not these guys so I decided against taking a star away.
