Extremely disappointed with the quality of the plant I received from Ugaoo. It was advertised as a premium, healthy plant, but the one delivered looks damaged and poorly handled.
Several leaves have tears, cuts, scratches, and brown edges. Many leaves are curled instead of standing upright, and the overall plant doesn't have the full, lush appearance shown on the website. While there is some new growth, the condition of the existing foliage is unacceptable for a plant sold at a premium price.
I expected a healthy, well-maintained Bird of Paradise, not one with multiple damaged leaves. This feels like a plant that was either mishandled during shipping or dispatched without proper quality inspection.
I would not recommend ordering from Ugaoo based on this experience. Quality control and packaging need significant improvement.
I received the plant in good and healthy condition, the original plant was pretty much accurate to the picture shown on the website. The packaging and handling was also nicely done. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and all the plants are doing great. Thanks Ugaao team for delivering this beauty.
