Ugaoo plants are better than buying physical nursery.
The quality is superb, even the soil is so good that you don't need to repot or change soil for months.

I ordered the Broken Heart Plant from Ugaoo and the plant itself was in okay to good condition — healthy enough and settled in well after a few days. However, I was quite disappointed with the pot. It felt cheap and flimsy, not suitable for long-term use or display.

For the price, I expected better quality overall. A sturdier, more aesthetic pot would have really improved the

Packaging was excellent while delivering.
I maintained as per their instructions and it grows wonderfully.

My plant is growing super healthy and strong, I repotted it into a bigger pot with a chunky soil mix and the new foliage is very good

It’s was a good quality plant and it’s beautiful. Just the way I wanted it.

At first, the plants seemed a little worse for wear, likely due to the specific packaging they needed for transport. Since they had multiple stems, I repotted them to give them more room. I'm happy to report they're flourishing now!

2/3 leaves turned yellow when I received my order.

The plant is healthy and the packaging was appropriate for it & did not harm the plant in any way. The pot is ok, can be ordered in the regular grow pot and then may be get a nicer pot for it. But definitely go for the plant 👍

Wasn't satisfied with the first plant that came as it had yellow leaves and some had turned black. Ugaoo responded to my grievance and immediately provided me with a healthy replacement. Happy plant mom now!
