Goodluck plant, great gift
Customers praised this healthy plant for its "superb quality" and "excellent packaging." Most shoppers received plants in good condition with thick foliage and strong roots. Some noted yellowing leaves upon arrival due to shipping stress, though plants typically recovered. A few mentioned pots didn't match images or felt cheap. Overall, customers appreciated the responsive service and thriving growth.
Ugaoo plants are better than buying physical nursery.
The quality is superb, even the soil is so good that you don't need to repot or change soil for months.
I ordered the Broken Heart Plant from Ugaoo and the plant itself was in okay to good condition — healthy enough and settled in well after a few days. However, I was quite disappointed with the pot. It felt cheap and flimsy, not suitable for long-term use or display.
For the price, I expected better quality overall. A sturdier, more aesthetic pot would have really improved the
It’s been a month since I received the plant.
Packaging was excellent while delivering.
I maintained as per their instructions and it grows wonderfully.
My plant is growing super healthy and strong, I repotted it into a bigger pot with a chunky soil mix and the new foliage is very good
At first, the plants seemed a little worse for wear, likely due to the specific packaging they needed for transport. Since they had multiple stems, I repotted them to give them more room. I'm happy to report they're flourishing now!
I purchased it few month back.just loving to see its growth.i got it with a discounted price☺️
The plant is healthy and the packaging was appropriate for it & did not harm the plant in any way. The pot is ok, can be ordered in the regular grow pot and then may be get a nicer pot for it. But definitely go for the plant 👍
Received in a little unstable state but it's doing good now. I've even propagated some cuttings 😁
Plant is good but few leaves are yellow and turning black let's see how they thrive..really looking forward if it survive then 5/5
Wasn't satisfied with the first plant that came as it had yellow leaves and some had turned black. Ugaoo responded to my grievance and immediately provided me with a healthy replacement. Happy plant mom now!

Yes, the broken heart plant is a great indoor plant. It’s easy to care for and adds a soft, trailing look to shelves and corners.
Yes, the broken heart plant grows best in bright indirect sunlight. Avoid harsh direct sun, as it can damage the leaves, while too little light can slow its growth.
The broken heart plant is commonly known as a philodendron, often referred to as a broken heart philodendron because of its leaf shape.
Some of the most common reasons for the death of a Broken Heart plant are overwatering, poor drainage, or too much sunlight. To ensure optimal plant health, water your plant only when the top inch of its soil dries out, plant in well-draining soil, and keep it in bright, indirect sunlight only.
The Broken Heart plant has holes due to a natural phenomenon that allows it to capture all the sunlight that it needs. In its natural tropical climate, the plant grows in shaded areas. So, it needs to capture all the sunlight it can get with its 'holes', also called fenestrations.
