    FAQs

Is Epsom salt water good for my plants?

Yes, Epsom salt water is highly beneficial for many types of plants, especially flowering & ornamental varieties. When used correctly, it provides a healthy dose of magnesium & sulphur. Regular application of Epsom salt for plants can help revitalize growth & boost blooming.

How to use Epsom salt for plants?

The use of Epsom salt depends on your plant's needs. For most garden plants, dissolve 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt 1 kg in one litre of water and apply it around the base of the plant or as a foliar spray. Always follow recommended quantities to avoid overuse.

Which plants do not like Epsom salt?

While many plants benefit from Epsom salt as fertilizer, it's not suitable for all. Plants that thrive in low-magnesium soils - such as certain succulents & cacti, may not respond well. It's best to test soil magnesium levels before regular application to plants with specific soil preferences.

Does Epsom salt help fresh flowers?

Absolutely! Using Epsom salt for plants can extend the life of fresh flowers & enhance their color & vibrancy. A light dose added to the soil or water can improve the magnesium levels needed for optimal blooming, especially in roses & other flowering ornamentals.

How much Epsom salt per litre for plants?

The ideal amount is typically 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt per litre of water. This solution can be used every few weeks to promote healthy growth. For more sensitive plants, consider reducing the concentration or applying less frequently to avoid nutrient imbalances.

Ugaoo is a brand that's synonymous with trust.. you know your plants will have a long life once you buy from them, not only because their plants and seeds quality is good, but they handhold you through every small part of the lifecycle.. they are my plant buddies for life... Whether i buy online, from The Jungle, whether i buy jade or mooli seeds... Whether i chat on insta or attend their online classes, or request for a return... each and every member of the ugaoo family speaks the same language... During covid, all deliveries became online. food, plants , groceries..wait..plants? Who would have thought?..well..Ugaoo did and is best at it. They make sure that we get the greenest and lushest plants so that we can love & care for them as they do. Their delivery containers are not only functional but aesthetically pleasing too. I personally am in love with their service and would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to make the first step in making their home a jungle.
