The bonsai plant was exactly as shown in the picture. This was a birthday gift for my mother and she was very elated to receive it. The only problem I faced was with the courier person as the order was delayed by 3 days. But when I reached out to ugaao customer care, they helped expedite the order. Overall it was a good experience and plant is very fresh and growing!
