Customers praise this 20L compost bin for its "excellent quality" and beginner-friendly design. The bins fill quickly in ~2 weeks with daily waste. Several customers request the compost starter powder be sold separately for continued use.
Purchased two compost bins. Used kitchen wastes, plants. Did not use cooked food, poultry, meat, fish, dairy, citrus products. In second bin compost from first bin was also added whenever waste is added, along with compomix, starter. Kept compost moist. When bin was full and set aside, it was stirred at 2-3 days interval. No leachate generated. Wooden stick may be used to stir the content.
This a genuine feedback on the product I purchased for composting. I was waiting for the results. As mentioned in instructions, same process had been followed from my end and exactly with in 30-45 days, compost was ready. I always recommend this product and suggested to buy atleast 2 bins so that when one bin is full and getting ready for composting process, other bin can be used.

I bought the 20 litre Home Compost Bin, set of three, and started my composting journey today. The product quality excellent,received all mentioned items. First I received shorter separators for all three bin, when I contacted the customer service, they provided me replacement.
I bought the compost bin a few months ago. Here is my opinion
Pros-
1.Size of bin is great and the quality is good and sturdy.
2.I love the availability of holes for good air circulation and they are small enough to keep pests away.
3.The design is good
Cons-
1.The only problem with the bin is leachate could not be tapped from the bin. It just sits there in the bottom of the bin resulting in a foul smell. That long metal contraption was no help at all. Maybe if a seperator like a lid with drainage holes is placed just above the tap then it could be possible to acquire the leachate.
Bought the set of 3 compost bins. 20L sounds like a lot, but when you fill vegetable waste everyday (in addition to the CompoMix and CompoStart), the bin fills up pretty quick. For daily vegetable waste, you can assume this bin will fill up in 2 weeks. Other than that, happy with the quality, the small air holes, taps and rake provided. Definitely converted me into a composter! Can't wait to see the soil I create in 2 months.

I was initially very spectical about buying compost bin but then later I purchased it from Ugaoo and believe me I took a good decision. It's so easy to use and no smell. My second round of compose is almost ready and I am enjoying the process. Though I would recommend the powder which increases the process should be available seperately also.
The quality of the product good. Would appreciate if you could put a video with clear instructions on how to use in multiple languages.

My first batch of compost would be out by 12th march only. Overall i enjoyed the daily activity of making compost using the material provided along with the bin. But right now, I am a bit worried as I could not find a way to purchase those compost making material alone from your catalogue. Hence I am postponing my plan for purchasing additional bins, as these all would become useless after a single use.
Also received compost starter, rake, neem powder and compost culture.
