The delivery was little delayed so i was worried. Ugaoo team kept me posted at every step. Ultimately when they arrives I took a look at them. Fittonia is such a cutie. The broken heart and betel are not in too great shape. I have already written to Ugaoo team. They have asked me to do certain procedures. Let us see what happens!

Beautiful and healthy plants

I visited the bandra brach of ugaoo..Simran out there was very helpful and quick in understanding what I need and provided best service which I never expected ..she helped me with the thank you cards also..

I was impressed by the way the bundle of 4 plants was delivered.Packing was excellent, and the plants were really quite fresh.Also liked the instructions card for each plant.Will recommend to my friends

Really lively plants ....also packed nicely and never got dried except few leves of broken plant.

Broken heart had some dry and torn leaves rest are ok

The Plant they have shown on web page received as it is very health plant receive and fantastic packing they have done to keep all plants live, after from all they have best customer care executives and return/exchange policy

I have been a gardener and landscape creator in my younger days. I recently bought some indoor plants from Ugaoo. Right from the packing to the health of the plants, one can see a lot of love and care has gone into raising and transporting them. My congratulations to all those concerned in Ugaoo.
After many years you have rekindled my joy of gardening and caring.

Received the plants in very healthy condition- credit goes to the awesome packaging done. One of the plant was having yellow leaves, so got in touch with the ugaao team and they were really prompt in replying to my queries .
