Initially, when my order first arrived, the plant looked a bit rough and the pot was broken during delivery. However, Ugaoo’s customer support resolved the issue immediately—they replaced the item entirely free of cost without any hassle or extra charges.

Plant is very beautiful

Hey, I suggest everyone to have atleast one golden money plant as it give you oxygen 24/7, brings more positivity into your life and you feel relaxed when you see greenary around your table, your bed, your gallery, your balcony.

This golden money plant arrived in perfect condition. I did lightly water it the morning after it arrived.

I did have a small confusion though. I thought the Kyoto pot was a self-watering one because it had that transparent reservoir below. It'd be nice if Ugaoo mentioned "non self-watering pot" to avoid confusion.

Apart from that, I'm very satisfied with Ugaoo and will definitely purchase more plants in the future.

I got this for my work desk and the overall size of it is perfect. The plant came in as very well developed, with bright green leaves and the pot looks very pretty and perfect for a desk or a table top.

Plant quality is good but delivery time box is damaged upper portion. But plant is safe.

My first indoor plant and I have to say it looks very good and adds to the aesthetics. Had to trim out some leaves because they had holes in them. Other than that the plant was in a good condition and looks good with the pot!

The plants delivered were in good contion and they were healthy.
Pots are beautiful.
Hope they start manufacturing their own pots.
