    Somehow this was the first time that Ugaoo messed up an order. I had ordered the black ZZ along with a variety of Calatheas, and though all the Calatheas reached happy and healthy to me, this ZZ in the same parcel, had rotten stems and leaves (clearly a case of over watering). But as soon as I reached out to the Ugaoo team and shared the videos and pics, my new ZZ was on it's way without any hassle. Received the next ZZ in excellent condition which sealed my faith in the Ugaoo team forever!
