    Cluster beans are commonly called guar or gavar and are used extensively in Indian cuisine. These small flat beans have a soft bitter taste and are rich in dietary fiber and offer sseveral health benefits. This easy to grow plant is great for home gardeners for the ample produce they give with little effort.
