    About the Seeds

    Pak choi is Chinese cabbage and has been a rage as a healthy green vegetable for a while now. These are sub-species of turnips and are used in soups, salads and a bunch or other recipes. They are incredibly low in calories and beneficial through their nutrient profile that consists of omega-3, antioxidants, and iron, among others.

    Before transplanting the seedlings, add a good quality of organic manure to the soil in 2:1 ratio. after transplantation, apply balanced liquid fertilizer or handful of vermicompost to each plant, every 15 days.
